Specifications for Garden Sheds, Potting Sheds and Playhouses

Doors

(1/2") 12mm tongued and grooved door lining on (4" x 1 1/2") 95mm x 33mm door bars, hung on (15") 275mm galvanised T-hinges. Door width (30") 750mm. Lock and key included.

Walls

(1/2") 12mm tongue and grooved weatherboard with (2" x 1 1/2") 45mm x 33mm dressed framing. Also available log effect (3/4" x 3 1/2") 19mm x 90mm w/b. and 15mm tongue and grooved w/b.

Roof

(5/8") 15mm sarking with (2" x 1 1/2") 45mm x 33mm dressed framing covered by quality roofing felt. Felt slates also available.

Floor

(3/4") 19mm tongue and grooved flooring on (3" x 2") 75mm x 50mm Tanalised framing.

Windows

One glass fitted on side. (NB Playhuts have acrylic windows)

Finish

All buildings can be treated with a coat of Holly Green, Red Cedar, Dark Brown, Golden Brown.

Assembly

All units are bolted together complete with barge boards, finials, etc., all supplied and fitted. All ironmongery and exterior nails are galvanised, or zinc plated.

Foundations

Customers should ensure that the erection site has been cleared and levelled with the positions for the corners clearly indicated.
